Pride of Rotterdam

We arrived at P&O Ferries in Rotterdam. After checkin we can take our luggage and walk aboard. Tonight we are on MS Pride of Rotterdam! It has a capacity of 1.300 pax, tonight 738 persons are on board. We were welcomed by Police Chief Dave. If we might have problems, then he will knock my door!

The Pride of Rotterdam looks very luxerious, bars, shops, restaurants, casino and disco are all available. The cabines are small but clean, and noisy! Hopefully the guys next door will be more quite! Wishfull thinking!

After dinner and exploring the ship we all gathered at 22.00 near the reception for a 'get-to-know-each-other' in the Business Lounge. Jenny and Elle had some nice games for us. Fun to see ILM and VTM students mingle.
To round up the evening we invited everyone to the Sunset Show Lounge for a free LPM drink. Thanks, Sandra! Yes, girls, you can have a cocktail too!

The dancefloor was filled. Funny to see a British colleque dancing with her students. On one moment a guy started showing off, hearing her scream 'You know... I'm a Teacher!'.

Around 00.00 it was time for the last round of drinks, shortly after that the bar closed. Sign to go to sleep. Goodnight.

04.00 What a noise! My friends next door decided it was funny to suprise one of them. One upper bed bunk was launched to the ceiling! Angry voices, laughter, strange noices... Well, it's good to be on the road again ;-)
